WHO WE HELP
We work with adults dealing with chronic pain, opioid use disorder, medication-related concerns, or health histories that make treatment more complex. Many of our patients have seen multiple providers, tried different approaches, or felt dismissed in traditional care settings. We provide thoughtful, respectful care grounded in real clinical experience.
We can help with:
- Chronic and complex pain conditions
- Opioid use disorder and recovery support
- Pain management for patients with a substance use history
- Medication management and treatment planning
- Care coordination with other providers
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first visit is focused on understanding the full picture: your medical history, current symptoms, medications, prior treatment, and your goals for care. From there, we work with you to develop a plan that is safe, realistic, and tailored to your needs.
Ongoing care may include:
- Review of symptoms and treatment history
- Medication management when appropriate
- Support for recovery and stabilization
- Coordination with your primary care provider or other clinicians
- Follow-up visits to track progress and adjust treatment as needed
Payment Policy:
Sisu Health is a self-pay practice and does not bill or accept insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide the paperwork you may need to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Any reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
